Tape Goreng




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 400 g of fermented cassava
  • 50 cc coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of brown sugar, thin comb
  • cooking oil
  • salt to taste

Flour Dough:
  • 50 gr wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 cc of water
  • 50 grams of sesame

How  To Make:
  1. Mix tape, coconut milk, eggs, salt, and water.
  2. Last batter in a round shape, fill with brown sugar.
  3. Mix the flour and sesame. Insert the tape into the dough with flour and fry until cooked.
