Ketimus Pisang




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of plantain (finely chopped) 
  • 100 g starch 
  • 50 grams sugar 
  • 50 ounces shredded coconut 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 5 pieces of banana leaf 
  • 1 piece of vanilla

How to Make: 
  1. Combine all ingredients. 
  2. Stir well. Wrap with banana leaves. 
  3. Steam for 15 minutes. 
  4. Lift. Serve.
