Recipe Ingredients:
Skin:
- 150 gr flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 25 cc of water leaves suji
- 200 cc of coconut water 1/2 coconut
- margarine to taste
Contents:
- 100 cc of water
- 150 g brown sugar (palm sugar)
- 1 pandan leaf lmbr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 grated coconut
How to make:
Skin:
- Mix the flour, egg and water suji. Stir well with a put a little coconut milk until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a griddle pan (round) with a diameter of 20 cm. Brush the pan with margarine (thin). Pour 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of batter, then rotate the pan so the batter covers the pan so surface is flat and thin. Once cooked, set aside.
Contents:
- Stir all ingredients, cook until soft and the water runs out.
- Once cooked, place the contents in the skin of the dough and then roll.
- Ready to serve.
