Dadar Gulung




Recipe Ingredients:
Skin:
  • 150 gr flour 
  • 1 egg, beaten 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 25 cc of water leaves suji 
  • 200 cc of coconut water 1/2 coconut 
  • margarine to taste

Contents:
  • 100 cc of water 
  • 150 g brown sugar (palm sugar) 
  • 1 pandan leaf lmbr 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 grated coconut

How to make:
Skin:
  1. Mix the flour, egg and water suji. Stir well with a put a little coconut milk until the batter is smooth. 
  2. Heat a griddle pan (round) with a diameter of 20 cm. Brush the pan with margarine (thin). Pour 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of batter, then rotate the pan so the batter covers the pan so surface is flat and thin. Once cooked, set aside.

Contents:
  1. Stir all ingredients, cook until soft and the water runs out. 
  2. Once cooked, place the contents in the skin of the dough and then roll. 
  3. Ready to serve.
