Ketan Lapis Tapai




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 200 g white glutinous rice (steamed) 
  • 100 grams of fermented black glutinous 
  • 50 ounces shredded coconut (steamed) 
  • 50 grams sugar 
  • 25 ml thick coconut milk cooked

How to Make:
  1. Enter into the mold. Steam for 25 minutes. 
  2. Lift. Serve.
