Kue Clorot



Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 liter coconut milk 
  • 250 grams of brown sugar 
  • 250 grams of rice flour, sifted 
  • 3 pandan leaves lbr 
  • 2 tsp salt 
  • coconut oil to taste (young coconut leaves)

How to Make:

  1. Janur: middle leaf waste of bones. Take a piece, from the leaf edges turn up to form a cone. Meeting so that the bottom should not leak. Leaf pin at the top so that no loose leaf. Set aside.
  2. Boil the coconut milk, brown sugar, salt and pandan. Stir the coconut milk that is not broken. Strain to separate the sugars red dirt.
  3. Pour the liquid into the flour coconut rice, stir until blended and smooth.
  4. Tata leaf cone on top of the steamer is facing up. Pour the batter until full.
  5. Steam for 30 minutes until dough is cooked. Serve.
