Ketan Gurih




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 300 g white glutinous rice (Steamed) 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 50 ml coconut milk 
  • 5 pieces of banana leaf

Contents:
  • 150 gr chicken fillet, trimmed, roughly chopped 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

How to Make:
  1. Combine all ingredients. Put it in a banana leaf. 
  2. Fill with chicken fillet. Wrappers, then fried. 
  3. Serve.
