Recipe Ingredients:
- 250 grams of rice flour
- 2 liters of liquid coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 pandan leaves lmbr
- 500 g brown sugar
- 500 cc of water
How to Make:
- Mix the rice flour with coconut liquid, stir until dissolved.
- Cook over medium heat flour solution. Add salt and pandan leaves. Stir in flour until the solution becomes thick and mature. Remove and set aside.
- In another saucepan, combine sugar and water, cook until sugar has dissolved and boiling. Remove, let cool and then strain.
- Serve porridge in a bowl, pour the sugar water on it.
