Bubur Sumsum




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 250 grams of rice flour 
  • 2 liters of liquid coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 3 pandan leaves lmbr 
  • 500 g brown sugar 
  • 500 cc of water

How to Make:
  1. Mix the rice flour with coconut liquid, stir until dissolved. 
  2. Cook over medium heat flour solution. Add salt and pandan leaves. Stir in flour until the solution becomes thick and mature. Remove and set aside. 
  3. In another saucepan, combine sugar and water, cook until sugar has dissolved and boiling. Remove, let cool and then strain. 
  4. Serve porridge in a bowl, pour the sugar water on it.
