Ketan Bumbu



Recipe Ingredients:
  • 300 g white glutinous rice (steamed) 
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Seasonings:
  • 100 gr grated coconut (toasted) 
  • 2 red chilies, crushed 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 tsp sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil 
  • (all cooked ingredients)

How to Make:
  1. Sticky rice into a round shape. Then roll into the seasoning. 
  2. Serve.
