Klepon Ubi




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of sweet violet (steamed, mashed) 
  • 200 g white glutinous rice flour 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 100 ml of water (for dough) 
  • 500 ml of water (for cooking) 
  • 100 gr grated coconut (steamed)

Contents:
  • 50 g brown sugar (comb)

How to Make:
  1. Combine sweet potatoes, white glutinous rice flour, salt and water. Stir well. 
  2. Take a little dough, fill with brown sugar. Spherical shape. 
  3. Heat the water. Put the mixture. 
  4. Lift. Roll in shredded coconut. 
  5. Serve.
