Bugis Ketan




Recipe Ingredients:
  • 300 g glutinous rice flour 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 150 ml of water 
  • 100 ml vegetable oil 
  • Green dye to taste

Material Content:
  • 100 gr grated coconut (toasted) 
  • 35 gr palm sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 pandan leaf, cooked 
  • 3 pandan leaves

How to Make:
  1. Combine all ingredients. Stir well. 
  2. Take a little dough. Fill with unti. Then wrapped in banana leaves. 
  3.  Steam for 15 minutes. 
  4. Serve.
