Recipe Ingredients:
- 250 grams of chicken or beef 250 grams
- 5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 250 grams of boiled potatoes, sliced
- 100 grams of bean sprouts, remove the roots, wash, flush with hot water
- 5 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 5 sticks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 pc lemon, cut to 4
- 1 teaspoon onion
Spices:
- 3 red onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 pieces of hazelnut
- 1 vertebra finger ginger
- 1 vertebra finger galangal / laos
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- salt to taste
How to make:
- Boil chicken / beef with enough water until cooked. Lift, shredded chicken or shredded beef. Set aside.
- Enter the spices and lemon grass into the chicken broth / beef. Cook until the sauce to boil then remove from heat.
- Ready to serve. Tata in a bowl, sliced egg, potato, bean sprouts and shredded chicken / meat pieces. Sprinkle the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion, celery and onion.
- Serve soup with chilli and lemon slices.
