Bubur Kacang Merah




Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 150 gr red, soaked overnight
  • 3 cups water
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaf

 Sauce: 
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pandan leaves

  How to Make:
  1.  Cook the beans in water until tender 
  2. Put the sugar, pandan leaves. cook again
  3. Sauce: dissolve cornstarch with a little coconut milk, stir and set aside. Cook the coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves, bring to a boil. Enter the cornstarch solution. Stir and cook until boiling. Lift.
  4. Serve red bean porridge with coconut milk sauce
