Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 chayote fruit
- 150 g tempeh, cut into cubes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cm galangal, crushed
- 1 ltr coconut milk 1/3 coconut

Spices:
- 6 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon coriander
