Sayur Bobor




Recipe Ingredients:  
  • 1 bunch of spinach 
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 chayote fruit
  • 150 g tempeh, cut into cubes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1 ltr coconut milk 1/3 coconut
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Spices:
  • 6 red onions 
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander 
  • 1/2 tsp chopped kencur

How to Make:   
  1. Coconut milk boil, put spices, tempeh, and galangal.
  2. After a half-baked tempeh, enter the squash, spinach and basil. with salt and sugar to taste, stir, cook until done. 
  3. Lift and serve
