Serabi Pandan




Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 350 grams of white rice flour 
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1sdt salt 
  • 5 leaves suji (mash and squeeze the juice) 

Sauce Ingredients:
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk 
  • 50 gr palm sugar

How to Make: 
  1. Mix all ingredients. stir and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. preheat the mold. pour the batter, and cook until done.
  3.  lift, pour coconut milk sauce. serve
