Rondo Sweet




Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 300 g white glutinous rice flour 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml of water 
  • 100 grams of sweet violet (steamed mashed) 

Material Content:
  • 150 ml of water 
  • 200 g roasted peanuts (mashed with 100 grams sugar)

How to Make: 
  1. mix sweet potatoes, purple, white glutinous rice flour, salt and water. mix well 
  2. take a little dough. fill with beans, a spherical shape
  3. heat the water. then enter the batter. cook until it floats 
  4. lift. and serve
