Opor Daging




Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 kg potatoes (medium size) 
  • 1/2 kg beef, cut a little thin
  • 6 gelas/1500 cc coconut milk from 2 coconuts
  • 1 piece galangal, crushed 
  • Cooking oil to taste

Subtle Spice:
  • 10 red onions 
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt 
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste

How to Make:    
  1. Peel potatoes, cut into circular and slightly thick. Then fry the potatoes until half cooked. Remove and drain. 
  2. Heat a little oil. Saute until fragrant.
  3. Enter the cuts of beef and stir until blended.
  4. Pour the coconut milk and cook until meat is tender / soft and oily coconut milk. Then, Put potatoes. But do not cook until the potatoes are soft telalu. 
  5. Pick up and serve.
