Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 gr beef
- 500 cc of broth chicken / beef
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil to taste
Spices:
- 5 red onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 hazelnut
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, roasted, mashed
How to Make:
- Boil until cooked beef, sliced into pieces, then crushed.
- Heat the cooking oil. Saute meat, spices, and tomatoes until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Pour the broth and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling.
- Lift and serve.
