Perkedel Kentang



Recipe Ingredients: 
  • ½ kg potatoes, peeled 
  • 1 egg, separate the yolk and white
  • 1 tbsp fried shallots, mashed
  • ¼ teaspoon finely ground white pepper
  • subtle nutmeg to taste
  • ½ stalk celery, finely sliced
  • salt to taste 
  • cooking oil

How to Make:
